Previous yoga experience required. Build heat, stamina, and flexibility through challenging yoga flows. The pace is vigorous, so be prepared to sweat! This class builds muscular strength, flexibility and balance. You will have the opportunity to learn advanced poses including arm balances and a variety of inversions.
