Join Emily for this flow class to increase core strength for strength and lower back health. Start with slow sun salutations with focus on plank pose and work towards malasana (squat) with peak pose Kakasana - crow pose.  Balance this activity using a yoga strap to lengthen the hamstrings and release the lower back.
