Join Emily for this practice to help you build strength and endurance.  This class warms up quickly with Sun Salutations leading towards advanced balancing postures including Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana D and Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana.  Also warm up for a chance to practice inversions - Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) and/or Pincha Mayurasana (Peacock).  Option to close this practice with Adho Mukha Vrksasana (legs up the wall pose) for savasana.
