This class blends the alignment principles from Yoga Basics with the flowing aspects of a vinyasa class, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. You will learn to flow from one pose to another with breath-linking movement. This practice is joyful, therapeutic, and inspiring. Previous yoga experience recommended.
