Create long lines in this yoga basics class with Angela.  This class includes many opportunities to clear congestion by opening the side body in poses like extended cat/cow, gate pose (parighasana) and plenty of twists.  This class will help you feel longer in the torso to promote deep breathing and relaxation.
Suggested Props: 2 blocks, a blanket and optional bolster for savasana
