This restorative class with Jessica Bahr starts on the back with gentle movements to wake up the spine and open up the backs of the legs. Practice Supta Padangusthasana (reclined hand to big toe pose using the strap) followed by twisted root to find mobility in the spine and hips. Then exhale into supported child's pose turning your back to the world while releasing tension in the lower back, ankles, feet and calves. Find a peaceful heart opener with Supta Baddha Konasana to make space in the front body. Finish class with Viparita Karani(legs up the wall pose) to calm the heart and the mind. Leave this class feeling fully refreshed!
