This advanced vinyasa class will deeply awaken and stretch all areas of the hips - hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, and outer hips to keep these areas from getting stiff and/or to release soreness from past activities. This class will start with an invigorating flow and will include many large-body movements such as down dog with leg extensions, standing postures leading to half moon balance and an opportunity to get upside down with your favorite inversion/inversions. Then we will release to floor postures including Gomukhasana and Kapotanasana.
