This simple flow class is the perfect way to wind down after a day's work.  This flow includes malasana - squat pose - which is a healthy posture to open the hips, release the lower back and stimulate the inner organs of the body.  This class also includes opportunity to practice crow and a deep release with pigeon + a relaxing savasana.
