Yoga Nidra

This Yoga Nidra class with Jess Yarrington will be held the last Sunday each month (with the exception of holidays).  Please check our schedule and sign up in advance!  In-Studio Only.
 
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of guided meditation used to induce deep relaxation and allow the central nervous system to begin healing while the body remains in a state of yogic sleep, allowing us to clear blockages for our personal growth.
