Jessica Yarrington

Jess attended her first yoga class in 2005 — after the birth of her first child. While life as a busy working mom kept her from feeling that she could consistently attend classes, a spark was lit, and she continued to incorporate learned movements into her exercise regimen.
Years later, she attended her first class at a local studio, and the spark grew steadily. Soon, yoga became more than just postures and movements to incorporate into a routine and more a way of life.
Today, Jess is a 200-HR RYT registered with Yoga Alliance, having completed her training with Emily Darling and Christy Burnette. She currently teaches Restorative Yoga, Hatha, and Mixed Flow, as well as Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Breathwork. She also has a passion for working with teenagers, teaching them how to use these tools to calm the nervous system and allow them to work through any anxiety or struggles they may have, providing them with a sense of security and peace. She loves to share her passion for yoga and is excited to continue growing as a teacher.
