Join Melanie for this Basics class for happy hips!  This class begins with Mountain Brook Pose so be sure to have a bolster, 2 blocks and a yoga blanket closeby.
Then be guided through a blissful series to open and release tight hips with poses such as Half Happy Baby, Modified Half Moon Balance, Lizard, Z-Pose and Half Pigeon.
