Melanie Nicsinger

Melanie became a dedicated yoga student after her first class in 2010. She fell in love with the strength, courage, peace and joy she found by blending breath with movement. Her long-standing depression, insomnia and anxiety were all relieved by the internal stillness and spaciousness that her committed yoga practice created. As a teacher, Melanie’s classes are soothing while at the same time challenging. She enjoys teaching beginning students as well as advanced vinyasa. In all of her classes, she guides students to a quiet space within themselves so they can connect with their own inner teacher and return to the world refreshed and renewed.

Melanie completed her yoga teacher program with Emily Darling and Christy Burnette and has earned her E RYT-200 and is also a Certified Continuing Education Provider.
