Ellen Clevenger

Ellen began practicing yoga in 2015 at home after a friend suggested it for lower back pain during her pregnancy. She has continued practicing ever since. Having daily practices at home and popping into the studio when she could. For Ellen yoga was a physical practice but it also allowed her a stretch of time where she could quiet her mind and relieve stress from the day. In 2023 Ellen decided to deepen her practice by signing up for Yoga Teacher Training at Darling Yoga with Emilya Darling and Melanie Nicsinger. Although she had no intention of teaching, after the first month of training she fell in love with the philosophy behind yoga and quickly realized that she wanted to share as much of what she had learned with others. Now Ellen integrates philosophy into her classes connecting mind, body and spirit.
