Jennifer Paul

With over two decades of dedicated yoga practice, Jen has cultivated a profound appreciation for the art of properly aligned poses harmoniously woven with the rhythm of breath.  Jen’s yoga journey initially began as a pursuit of physical health, stemming from a background in running that ingrained in her the value of finding balance within the body. Gaining strength and flexibility was appealing, but improving awareness and control of her mind as she moved through the postures is what transformed her and drew her in.  She soon discovered that yoga was a path towards equilibrium in body, mind, and spirit.   
 
Jen’s passion for yoga fueled her desire to pursue teaching to share the gift of yoga with others.  She draws inspiration from the foundational philosophy of yoga – the eight limbs.  These principles guide her practice and teaching, and she aspires to offer a mindful, balanced, and enjoyable experience.
