Yoga became a sacred journey for Kimberly when she took her first Yin class at Darling Yoga 10 years ago.
Through the years, she found healing, transformation, and self-acceptance through her daily practice. Her passion for yoga led her to Yoga Teacher Training with Emily Darling and Christy Burnette in 2020 as well as her Yin Yoga certification through Carole Westerman in 2021.
She teaches a Vinyasa style flow which aligns the mind, body, and spirit with a challenging yet soft touch; incorporating breath work and mindfulness to create a nurturing moving meditation.
Kimberly is inspired by the 8 limbed path of yoga, as a lifestyle to be lived each and every day.
If you let go a little, you will have a little happiness.
