Kamryn Ramsdell

"Encouraging self-care and community by fostering spaces that thoughtfully nourish body, energy and mind."

In 2013, Kamryn began her yoga journey, seeking self-discovery and healing. Her practice provided solace, resilience, and tranquility, becoming essential for her physical and mental well-being. This inspired her to share yoga's benefits with others.

Motivated to empower individuals in self-care and community connection, Kamryn became a yoga teacher. Her interests include neuroscience, holistic approaches, and the historical depth of yogic philosophy, alongside the transformative power of compassion and introspection.

Kamryn has been practicing yoga since 2012 and joined Darling Yoga in 2015, where she earned her RYT 200 certification in 2023, guided by mentors Emily Darling and Melanie Nicsinger. In 2024, she completed her 200 HR Meditation Teacher certification with Meditation Alliance International. Also in 2024 she spent time doing work-study at the Shoshoni ashram, a community dedicated to yogic and Hindu traditions. She is currently working towards her 500 HR teacher training with the ashram. Committed to continuous learning, she regularly takes courses and workshops to expand her perspectives and teaching.

As her journey continues, Kamryn sees her yoga education as a lifelong commitment to deepening her understanding and sharing its benefits with others.
